Kenapa Kita Haus???

Tubuh kita senantiasa harus memperbaharui persediaan airnya secara terus-menerus. Para ahli kesehatan menyebutkan bahwa 70% tubuh terdiri dari air, sehingga kurang minum bisa berakibat kurangnya cairan tubuh dan mengalami dehidrasi. Dalam sehari seorang dewasa rata-rata membuang kurang lebih dua per tiga bagian air lewat jalannya keringat, dan sekitar satu bagian air melalui air seni dan kotoran. Proses kehilangan dan memperoleh air tersebut tidaklah cukup untuk menjaga keseimbangan jumlah air yang kita perlukan dalam tubuh kita meski secara alamiah kita juga mendapat pasokan zat cair dari makanan. Kalau kita merasa haus, maka itulah tandanya bahwa tubuh kita memerlukan lebih banyak lagi air.

Pada saat tidurpun tubuh kita banyak mengeluarkan cairan karena proses metabolisme sel-sel tubuh kita terus bekerja, sehingga tidak bisa ditawar-tawar lagi bahwa minum air putih secukupnya pada saat bangun tidur bisa mengganti cairan tubuh yang hilang.

Kita menyantap garam dari makanan sehari-hari yang juga menyebabkan rasa haus itu timbul. Sebab di dalam darah kita terdapat sejumlah kadar garam dan air tertentu yang apabila keseimbangan ini terganggu, akibatnya kita merasa haus. Di dalam jaringan otak kita terdapat satu "pusat dahaga" yang akan bereaksi terhadap perubahan jumlah garam yang terdapat dalam darah. Apabila kadar garam berubah, dengan cepat otak memberikan peringatan melalui rasa haus bahwa kita membutuhkan tambahan cairan. Jangan tunggu sampai rasa haus menyerang. Minumlah dengan teratur setiap hari.

What Is Computer

Computer is a machine with an intricate network of elektronic circuit that operates switches or magnetizes-tiny metal cores. The switches like the cores,are capable of being in one of two posible states,that is on or off: magnetizes or demagtizes. The machine is capable of storing and manipulating number, letter and character. The basics idea of a computer is that we can make the machine do what we want by puttinh signals that turn certain switches on and turn other off, or that magnetizes or do not magnetizes the cores.

The computer is a machine with an intricate network of electronic circuit, the basic job computer is the proccesing of information. Computer can defined as devices, which accept information in the form of instruction called a program and character,called data perform mathamatical and or logical operations on the information, and that supply result of this operation. The program, or part of it, which tells the computer what do on data, which vide the information needed to solve the problem, are kept inside  the computyer in place called memory.

Computer are thought to to have many remarkable powers. However, most computers, wheter large or small, have three basic capabilities. First, computer has circuits for priming arithmatics operation, such as : addition, substrction, division, mu;tplication and exposition. Second, computer have a means of communicating of the users. After all, if we could not feed information in and get result back, these machine would not be of much use. However, certain computer (commonly mini computers and microcomputer ) are used to control directly thing such as robots, aircracft navigation system, medical instrument,etc.

Some of the common methods of inputing informatiopn are to used punched cards, magnetic tape, disk and terminals. sThe computer’s input devices (which might be a card reader, a tape drive, depending in the medium used in inputing information) read the information into the computer. For outputting information, two common devices used printer, which print the new information on paper, or CRT displays screen, which shows the result on tv like screen.

Computer have circuits,which can make decision, which computers can make are nit of the type , ‘who would win a war beetwen two countries ?’ or ‘who who is the riches person in the world?’ . Unfortuntely, the computer can only decide three things namely: is one number less than another? It what to do and gives it the

A computer can solve a series of problem and make hundreds, even thousends. Of logical decision without becoming tired or bored. It can find the solutoion to problem in a fraction of the time human beinhs to do the job. A computer can replace people in dull, routine tasks, but ih has no originality, it works according ti the instruction given to it and can not exercise any value judgments. There is time when a computers seems to operate like mechanical ‘brain’ , but its achievments are limited by the minds of human beings. A computer cannot do anything unless a person tells  It what to do and gives it the appropriate information, but because electric pulse can move at the speed of light, a computer can carry out vast numbers of arithmetic-logical operation almost instantaneously, a person can do everything a computer ca do, but in many cases that person will be deal long before the job was finished.
